Valentine's Day

Valentine's day started with cookie dough, a heart -shaped cookie cutter,

which lead to Daniel climbing on the table for added stability.

Isaac just ate the dough,

which lead to Isaac painting Valentine's cards.

At the GZ zoo there is an aquarium that is surprisingly well done.

We usually go to the zoo in Panyu (an amazing safari park) but we decided to visit the Guangzhou Zoo 10 minutes down the road.

During the party the moms posed for a photo while the 8 children ran wild.

Dim sum

On the morning of Chinese New Year we joined the rest of Guangzhou for some dim sum

I think Oliver ate the most.

We're turning Chinese - we're eating with our coats on.

Movie Night

On the weekends the boys are allowed to watch a movie -

We move our mattress to the living room, pop some popcorn,

and then we enjoy some Winnie the Pooh,

That's right, we let our kids watch Winnie the pooh!

While I was doing the dishes, I turned around to this.
Oliver missed-out on movie night that weekend.

Saying Goodbye

Oliver's girlfriend moved back to the UK.

I hope their relationship can survive the distance.

three "real" North Face jackets.

The trees are decorated with several small red envelopes which are used as gifts of money.

When I washed that shirt, in a full load of laundry, the "S" ended up over everything.
