We then headed back to Hong Kong for some yummy Western food -

We couldn't find anything to eat in this village.

Po Lin

We finally made the trip to the Big Buddha at Po Lin

After a train ride to Tung Chung,
we road a cable car to Ngong Ping

The ride was 4 miles long and it stopped while we were hanging over the water.

The wind picked up and we started to swing. Scary.

The wind blew into the cable car so we had to bundle up.

Christmas in Hong Kong

We stayed in Soho, on Hong Kong Island.

Which is full of amazing resaurants - we all ate more than we should have.

The longest stretch of escalators
They run down in the morning and up in the evening.
(We learned that the hard way)
