Pericles

Wednesday night we all went to Carter Barron Amphitheatre to see our friend Elaine in Pericles. Daniel was mesmerized at the beginning of the play, but he then discovered that exploring rock creek park was more fun than Shakespeare. Here's a photo of Daniel reading the Pericles program.

The play was beautifully done and seeing Elaine was fun .

Needless to say, we didn't make it through the whole play.

It was a fun experience and the boys really enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere.

Isaac has had a cough so I have been checking his lungs sounds periodically. One morning Daniel found my stethoscope and I found him assessing Isaac's condition.

Don't you love that Isaac's still sleeps in our room. He's way too big for the co-sleeper but it's so convenient for night feedings. We're actually in the process of moving the boys in the same room. Daniel sleeps in a bed now but we're afraid he'll want his crib when Isaac moves-in.

He now eats solid foods like a champ. He already has opinions about food - He likes rice cereal, apples, pears, sweet potatoes, and bananas, but hates squash. He also like to nibble on his toes.
