Laos: Louang Phabang

After taking an Airplane; yes, a small airplane not a jet,

and landing on the only runway, and going through customs in a one-room, one immigration officer operation, we made it to Louang Phabang, Laos. I can't believe we survive these crazy adventures.

The only hotel I could book on-line used to be the king's summer palace.

It was beautiful but the other guests were all retired and not used to 3 young children.
